There are only a few stories that take you away from the meat of the book, but they are necessary to get a few points across, and they are short. All you have to do is read it over and over again and practice again and again while implementing the techniques, strategies, and game plans in the book. Always have it by your side.
My recommendation for you is to buy the book, print it out, and then keep it in your backpack and refer to it before and/or after each game you play (if you are competing) or keeping it close so you can read the short chapters just before practice if you need to work on a certain aspect of your game.
I kept the cost of Secret of the Pros low, because I like to promote the sport and I basically use the money from this book for more volleyballs and equipment to teach more kids- sometimes I’ll even give a ball away to kids that are addicted to volleyball if they don’t own a ball allready; so it would be nice to do that more often as well. I charge $65.00 for an hour of private lessons, and this is probably worth about 10 times that, but I am just selling it for $10.00 and hoping it goes viral in the volleyball community. These strategies took me a lifetime to learn and pick up from others…but I am spilling the beans to you and/or your kid so they will be able to advance much quicker in the sport of Beach Volleyball.
